SmartHR Kenya was born out of a simple observation: Kenyan SMEs deserve HR software that understands their reality. Most international HR platforms ignore Kenyan statutory requirements, M-Pesa payments, and the connectivity challenges of managing field teams across the country.

We set out to build a complete HRMS that handles everything from PAYE and NSSF calculations to GPS attendance for security guards in Turkana and field sales reps in Mombasa. A platform that works offline when coverage is patchy, pays salaries via M-Pesa, and sends payslips through WhatsApp.

Today, SmartHR Kenya serves businesses across security, field sales, NGOs, construction, cleaning companies, schools, and logistics, helping them manage their workforce with confidence and compliance.
